I'm pleased to announce that a new extraordinary blog is just about to kick-off :)
Blog about physical activity, nutrition, self-development and motivation- all together nicely combined using the very holistic approach I've been utilising for years with my clients, so now also
you can benefit from it and start enjoying your life in a more active way :)
I'll be aiming to educate you on health and fitness as well as share with you some of my
top tips to help you:

You all, I'm sure, have heard the same old story over and over again - 'exercising is good for you', don't eat junk, be more active blah blah bla... however the problem is that even though everybody around you repeat the very same mantra, yet hardly anybody does anything about it. This is where my blog steps in :)
Who am I? Long story short, I'm a qualified and registered
Personal Trainer (REPs Level 3) and Gym Instructor (Level 2) and I've been in fitness industry for some 4-5years - currently working as a
Personal Trainer in my own company in Aberdeen
Tabaka FITNESS | Personal Training. Unlike most of the trainers you will see in your life, I have a strong academical background and a
BSc degree in Sports and Exercise Science.
As I always say,
... the problem in this industry we are facing now is that there is a humongous number of trainers with poor qualification or no qualification at all who started promising our society 'quick-fixes' (4 weeks to get ripped like Spartan, loose 50 pounds in 5 days programs etc.) which are simply nothing but a fiction. Many magical methods and super-pill you've heard about for the last years doing this and that over-a-night are often really harmful for you. There are no such short-cuts when it comes to health!
This blog will aim to defy many myths and BS's that we were flooded with over the last years.
I will describe to you how things work and present you with the methods I've used and noticed to be effective and healthy at the same time so you can enjoy not just a short but a long term effects too.
